Carroll Dennis Foley, aged 32, of 1810 N Mississippi Street, executive administrator of Shipley Donut Shops, died Tuesday, January 22.

Survivors are his wife, Mary Ann Rutherford Foley; a daughter Miss Cailin Foley, and his mother, Mrs Evelyn C Foley, all of Little Rock.

Graveside services will be at 1 PM Friday at Rest Hills Cemetery by Mrs Louise Hall. Burial will be by Griffin-Leggett.
