The family of Carol Ellen Felix is celebrating the life of their mother who passed away on
February 27, 2016 at the age of 73. She was born in Little Rock. Carol was a retired draftsman
from the Arkansas Highway Department. Her love of pretty things fueled her passions of gardening,
watercolor painting, and finding the right pair of earrings for every occasion. Mother donated
her body to science. In honor of her giving spirit, in lieu of flowers, the family asks that
memorials be made to Pulaski County Humane Society or Arkansas Hospice Foundation.
